Cracked Ceramic Vase By Lachenal 1930 Ovoid Shape

Here is a pretty vase signed "Lachenal", the signature is difficult to decipher but it is indeed Lachenal. The blue is typical, with a nice crack and an ovoid shape. Edmond Lachenal (1853-1948) Edouard Achille Lachenal, known as Edmond, French ceramist, painter and sculptor, was attached to Art Nouveau. He contributed to the revival of ceramics around 1900.
