Rare Trapezoidal Furniture In Boulle Marquetry Napoleon III Period

Rare Trapezoidal Furniture with Double Support Door in Boulle Marquetry from the Napoleon III Period, in blackened pear wood from the End of the 19th Century.

Its Doors and Sides are decorated with rich molded panel frames, in their center a very beautiful chiseled brass marquetry , on a background of turtle shells decorated with foliage, palmettes and scrolls.
The Cutaway Uprights are decorated in the Lower and Upper part with Gilt Bronze Volutes of Cascading Flowers.

Its Belt is composed of three Rectangular Horizontal panels of Boulle Marquetry with Interlacing decorations. The interior offers two Mahogany shelves on cleats , its doors are equipped with a working lock with its key.
Its top is made of Ressauts Carrara Marble surrounded by a rich bronze Baguette. It rests on four Spinning Top feet adorned with Bronze topped with a Plinth with Projections framed with Brass Netting
