Bronze representing a musician and his Son begging signed Pietro Küfferle born in Italy in 1871 - 1942 Kufferle Pietro - Italian sculptor, better known as Kufferle Petr Osipovich, as he was called in the Russian manner - In 1889-1897 , he worked in Prague in the sculpture workshop of Grazioso Spazzy. In 1899, he was invited to St. Petersburg to the workshop of the Bota brothers, where he worked for 8 years. Later, in St. Petersburg, he created his own school of artistic marble processing. In 1903, he created busts of all Russian emperors, from Peter the Great to Nicholas II, on orders from the Imperial Corps of Pages. In 1904 he was appointed professor of modeling at the Corps of Pages. Participation in numerous exhibitions in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. Execution of private orders. Was very popular, was a member of various artistic societies, was one of the founders of various Russian artistic associations
