Paul Pascal, born Paulin Bernard Pascal on November 21, 1839 in Toulouse and perhaps died at the end of 1905 or in 1906 in Quebec or Washington, is a French landscape painter. Paul Pascal studied at the School of Fine Arts in Madrid. He spent his youth in North Africa. In the 1870s he was a decorative painter in Toulouse. He exhibited at the Paris Salon from 1876 to 1880.
He specialized in Oriental views which he treated exclusively in gouache.
