"Muller Vase From The 1st Period With Village Decor Against A Background Of A Maritime Landscape With Boats Art Nouveau Circa 1900"
Muller vase in acid-etched multilayer glass from the 1st period circa 1900-1910. Rotating decoration representing a maritime landscape possibly the Gulf of Morbihan, its large pines, its boats and a fishing village with a villager in the foreground. Treated like a painting with the horizon line, a generous body on which the abundant decoration can be deployed, a nicely swollen collar... Very beautiful green, dark green colors on an opaline green and orange background denote this period of early manufacturing where the signature "Muller" alone was used (the signature "Muller Frères Lunéville" only arrived much later in the years 1923-1925 with the flower decorations). Signed “Muller” engraved as a cameo in the decoration. Height: 16 cm Weight: 400 g Very good condition. Small bubbles and material defects. Many other objects to discover in my stand at the antique fairs in which I participate. Follow my gallery to be informed of new developments and to know the dates of the next Shows...Any questions?
