Magnificent and luminous gouache from the end of the 18th century or the very beginning of the 19th century. It is titled on the back in beautiful pen writing "View of Leiguille de Varens, from Salenche". the gouache is in very good condition, with superb lighting. It is in its original frame, dirty but in good condition. Very small lack of gilding, very minimal. It is signed lower right, but difficult for me to read. There are some annotations on the back to decipher. I changed the glass which was broken but otherwise I left everything "natural" in its original state. dimensions of the gouache alone, inside the black line 25 cm x 17.5 cm. total dimensions with frame, 37 cm x 29 cm.
