Waves in Villervilles, oil on panel by Marie Bertin-Mourot (1893-1919) daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Albert Bertin-Mourot and his wife Jeanne Jamot (sister of Paul Jamot, the illustrious curator of L'ouvres whose collection of impressionists is kept at the Musée d'Orsay in a room in his name). The family had a family villa in Villervilles where she expressed her talent in this artistic and cultured environment.
