Memento Mori representing a carved and painted softwood skeleton, lying in a glass coffin, the lid of the coffin is removable, dated 1838, decorated with Masonic symbols, initials between two crossed swords and a Menorah, the seven-branched candlestick of the Temple of Jerusalem, which became one of the most powerful symbols of Jewish identity after the destruction of the Temple (the very symbol of the Temple, it represents the hope of the Jewish people in redemption, the reconstruction of this place of worship and the return better days).
