A very rare suite of a Louis XVI chandelier and its two matching sconces.
After a design by Jean-Louis Prieur ( 1732 - 1795 ) ; one of the most important bronziers from the néoclassique period , excecuted around 1780 and kept at the "Bibliothèque du Musée des Art Décoratifs" in Paris.
Traditionnaly , attributed to Pierre Gouthière ( gilder and chiseler of the Kings Louis XV & Louis XVI ).
