Rare toilet mirror decorated with ruined marquetry. It is made up of lockers and a mirror in the central part. Rich chiseled bronze trim and period mercury gilding. Gilles Joubert (1689-1775) cabinetmaker. Paris. The brilliant career of Joubert, succeeds Oeben and precedes Riesener in the very important office of cabinetmaker to the King.
