ROUND DISH in pewter with scalloped and molded edge.
Hallmark of Louis LANSURIAUX received master in 1736: large crowned lily / LL
Diameter: 30.4 cm.
PONT-À-MOUSSON (Lorraine), Mid-18th century.

Extremely rare provenance; only five active masters are listed in the 18th century and this is the second observation in almost fifty years of the activity of this small Lorraine center. This hallmark was identified by the author cited below.
