"Beautiful Still Life With Mongoose. 1860. Signed H. Gruyer."
Beautiful composition from the 19th century, dated 1860 towards the bottom right and bearing an H. Gruyer signature to be identified. It is of very good quality and represents a lobster, two fish (herring), onions and celery on an entablature. The painting is in good condition, cleaned and presented in a frame, gilded baguette. Pretty colors and very decorative format of 65 cm x 53.5 cm, i.e. a 15 Figure. With frame, 70 cm x 59 cm.
