Louis XVI Style chiseled bronze clock,
the white enameled dial with Roman numerals protected by a curved beveled glass on a hinge on the front,
by a flat beveled glass on a hinge on the back.
The movement is arranged in a fluted oval column framed by two architectural scrolls decorated with stylized acanthus leaves, topped with a twist of laurel leaves and surmounted by a covered basin on a pedestal with handles formed of heads of ram. connected by a torus garland of oak leaves tied in its center.
The column rests on an oval base with a central decoration of a medallion with a pair of birds framed by garlands of falling flowers.
The base rests on four spinning top legs.
Second half of the 19th century

Base 26cm x 13cm.
Diameter 8 cm.
Bronze cleaned and varnished.
