"Takouba, Targuie Sword, Tuareg People, Sahara, 19th Century"
Beautiful sword of the Tuareg of the Sahara, quite old example, probably Malian or Nigerian. The shape of the blade is interesting with its narrowing in the last third and its flattened tip. Excavated condition, without sheath. Black patinated iron, copper, brass, wood.
