Baluster body on pedestal. On the lid, maker's mark LC GUÉROULT received in 1763. City hallmark of 1778. ALB property mark A bead reinforces the inside of the lid by following its contour. This specific detail is found on the known productions of this potter. Height: 22.3 cm. Clear, silky patina. Formerly pierced bottom, blocked by a thick weld (photo 4). Period: Late 18th century.
