Circa 1905 France Belle Day dress for winter in blue and cream mottled wool, dating from the Belle Epoque. S silhouette for this two-piece set, boned bodice with long angled sleeves and matching skirt. Large shawl collar applied with Art Nouveau mechanical lace in cream and white cotton, and blue silk ribbons. Reminder on the bouffants at the bottom of the sleeves tightened at the wrists. Pretty blue silk trimmings tassels in front of the crossed bodice and closed with (modern) snap buttons. Interior bodice in yellow cotton sateen stapled on the front. Matching skirt, fitted in box pleats on the hips and closed in front with snap buttons (probable later modification). The cut of the skirt with mini train allows you to wear a mini Pouff on the waist. Reminder of the embroidery applied to the bottom of the skirt, unlined. Two small rings in the back of the camisole allowing the skirt to be attached at waist level. Clean set with no holes or major defects. Good general condition of color and conservation.
