Very rare PICHET pewter baluster with pedestal, oblique straight goblet and tasseled thumb lid.
Hallmark of Jean-Louis BELLAN active from 1808: C crowned / LB / half flight. The central C stands for pewter (Common)
Height: 27.1 cm.

Old consolidation of the upper attachment of the handle of the tongue of the lid
In Toulouse the pitchers almost always have a raised lid with a flat roof, some, rare, are fitted with flat lids as is the case here. The pitcher body profile remains the same.
