Heavy Bronze Seal From Archbishop Of Avignon, Jean Marie Mathias Debelay

Comes from an old Avignon collection. Jean Marie Mathias Debelay, born February 21, 1800 in Viriat and died September 27, 1863
Important cast and engraved bronze seal, thick, indestructible.
Weight: approximately 80g, 4cm x 3.5cm x 2.8cm. Centre is engraved of the large arms of Mgr Debelay, Azure with a sheaf of gold, surmounted by ecclesiastical hat and cross, the crown, the cord with 10 knots, (Archbishop), and engraved border of : JMM Debelay, Achiep Avenionensis.
