"Creamer Milk Pot From Saxe In Porcelain Late 18th Century, Early 19th Century"

Saxe soft-paste porcelain creamer from the late 18th, early 19th century decorated with two melancholy and charming scenes. On one side is a lamb on a leash, lying on feminine clothing at the foot of a shrub. On the other side the motif represents a stele surmounted by two flaming hearts pierced with an arrow, a garland of flowers and a dog looking at a nest filled with small birds on a shrub. The handle and spout have been well restored. The creamer is marked in blue on the bottom. Note that there are two small cracks on the bottom but only visable from the outside, the inside is intact (see pictures).
