Crucifix In Cut Crystal And Gilded Bronze, Charles X Period, Early 19th Century

Here is a sumptuous work from the first part of the 19th century, all from the Charles X period, finely executed. The angels and Christ are in gilded bronze, the base is in chocolate bronze, the rest in cut crystal. We note traces of glue and a chip to the left of Christ's halo, the angel on the right is moving. Note oxidation of the metal, rusty screws. The whole remains in decent but not perfect general condition. Our photos allow you to appreciate the quality of the object.
