This large vase with a height of 30 cm is signed on the bottom: ELCHINGER et Cie. The Elchinger house, founded in 1834 by Wendelin Elchinger, had its heyday. Wendelin's son, Philippe, expanded production into a culinary pottery business. Then, Léon continued the work, before handing over to Fernand, Marc's father, in 1936.
