"Gilt Bronze Arch Clock, Eagle. Directory Period. Enamel Locket"
Pendulum with arch in chiseled and gilded bronze. The white enameled dial is supported by a double gilded bronze arch and topped with an eagle with outstretched wings. Gilded bronze base resting on four small skate feet. Original movement with revised silk thread escapement. Chimes on the hour and half hour. End of the Louis XVI Period, circa 1790.
