Production: FRENCH... (perhaps from MONTEREAU or L'ISLE ADAM...
Representing an elf or for me a little chimney sweep... Two accidents, with lack of material (see photos)... Which can of course be restored...
But even so it's not annoying...
And some usual wear to the colors...
The subject is nice...
A subject for a smoker, with the scraper (on the terrace) the match holder (the hood) the burnt match holder (the basket) and the biggest pot for cigarettes and (or) cigars...
