"Rare Seditieux-napoleon 1st Stamp"
Rare so-called "seditious" stamp in turned boxwood representing the profile of NAPOLEON 1ST. These seditious objects were used by the Demi-Soldes (Soldiers of NAPOLEON dismissed by King LOUIS XVIII and the Restoration) They allowed them to recognize themselves as Bonapartists! The underside is marked in ink "NAPOLEON 1ER 1810"
