Beautiful Portrait Of A Young Girl By Urbain Huchet (1930-2014) Oil On Canvas Urbain Huchet, born in Rennes April 28, 1930 and died in Boulogne Billancourt on December 16, 2014. It was after law studies and experience in the textile industry that in 1960 and as an autodidact Urbain Huchet decided to devote himself exclusively to painting. He then lived for three years in Pont-Aven, painting landscapes, seascapes, animated scenes and portraits of typical characters where his admiration for Paul Gauguin and Émile Bernard is expressed.
