"Small Rosewood Showcase, Louis XV Style – Early 20th Century"
This small display case opens with two glass doors in the upper two thirds, with a cut-out interior part, and fitted with a functional original top and bottom lock with entries and key. Each of these two doors has, in the lower part, a veneered panel arranged like an open book with a large rosewood fillet. The interior offers three adjustable oak shelves on racks with molded edges. The rounded and symmetrical uprights with central joint end in a small Louis XV humped foot with shoe. The crosspiece, slightly cut, has a bronze base. This piece of furniture is topped with Jura bec-de-corbin violet brocatelle marble.
