Quite Large Molière After Houdon Late 19th In Patinated Bronze flag

Object description :

"Quite Large Molière After Houdon Late 19th In Patinated Bronze"
I present to you this beautiful bust of Molière. This is a print from the end of the 19th century, a time when we are rediscovering the 17th century. It is inspired by the work of the great sculptor Jean Antoine Houdon of the 18th century. The latter was himself inspired by a portrait of the painter Mignard made in the 17th century, during the lifetime of JB Poquelin. Note a fairly good size for a bronze bust.
