Beautiful canvas in very good condition attributed to Godchaux. This painting is characteristic and in a subject known to the artist. it represents a coast with a cliff and on the beach fishermen putting a boat in the water. the manner and touch are also very typical of this painter. The canvas, without being huge, still has good dimensions: 60.5 cm x 52 cm. In its original gilded frame, 81 cm x 72.5 cm. The painting has been cleaned and does not need any restoration.
