"Abstract Sculpture In Cast Alloy By H. Schlüter"
Abstract and brutalist cast aluminum sculpture by German artist Helmut Schlüter. Height 71 cm. This artist received numerous orders for monumental sculptures in major German cities. I present to you a set of models found in his workshop and made between 1965 and 1985. Most have a label. Many pieces are worked with acid to achieve striking patinas. On others, the artist added fragments of marble during molding which he polished to obtain marble surfaces.
