"Pair Of Napoleon III Period Mirrors"
Pair of mirrors from the Napoleon III period. Mid-19th century. In wood and stucco partly gilded with gold leaf. Rectangular in shape, they are decorated with spandrels decorated with foliage and flowers. The ice creams are part of an oval-shaped surround of very nice thickness. The latter is made up of several moldings and tiered friezes decorated with foliage on a background of streaks for one of them. The perimeter is made up of a sanded base. The frames are partly re-gilded. Dimensions: L 53.5 x H 63 x D 6.5
