"Table Lectern XVIII"
Walnut table lectern, decorated with a shell on the bar which allows the book to be positioned. The 4 elements of the base, decorated with spindles, require great dexterity in the turning work. The walnut has acquired a superb polish. Good general condition for a work from the beginning of the 18th century, to be complete, note some traces of wood-boring on the base and on the ball, a volute is missing on the bar of the shell and a stain on the varnish.
