In white cracked earthenware, large ball placed on 4 feet and decorated with 3 frogs in the round. The electrical assembly is of typically "Art Deco" origin (silver bronze in pewter style). The lampshade is recent. Below the lamp, in the paste, we can see what could be a signature.
