Beautiful pair of mahogany shepherdesses. Flat backs with pyramidal pediments, cylindrical armrests with lotus flowers. Uprights and front legs in sword sheaths with rosettes, rear legs in sabre. Floral studded fabric trim (used). Strapped seats (sagging cushions). Around 1800. Total height 92 cm, seat height 43 cm, width 62 cm, seat depth 47 cm.
