Baluster vase with hemmed shoulder resting on a pedestal by Lorraine master glassmaker André Delatte (1887-1953) in Nancy. Art Nouveau decor in thick multilayer acid-etched glass and deeply etched reserve of blue, turquoise and navy blue Dahlias, on a white and pink cloudy background. Signature “A Delatte Nancy” as a cameo in the decor. High quality work, beautiful depth of the engraving and very contrasting and luminous rendering.
