"Wakizashi"
Wakizashi with a shortened Naginata blade. Recently polished blade. It dates from the Muromachi period, around 1550. The handle is made of carved wood, which makes it an interesting feature. Black lacquered scabbard covered with green mother-of-pearl flakes with silver cherry blossom inlay. Scabbard as is. 38.5cm Nagasa
