Louis XVI - Directoire style lamps in midnight blue porcelain and gilt bronze, 19th century.
This superb pair of lamps with enameled baluster shafts in kiln-blue porcelain is embellished with chased gilt bronze trim. The square legs are decorated with laurel garlands, acanthus leaves and a frieze of waves and hearts.
The electrification is new and the two hand-pleated natural silk shades are also new.
