Nicolas Lecornet known as "Lecorney" is a French sculptor born in Gourgeon (Haute-Saône). His work is part of the artistic tradition of the Second Empire (allegories, ancient subjects, neo-Renaissance, figures of children and young girls, etc.) which he mainly exhibited at the Salon between 1880 and 1884.
