Oil on canvas representing a young girl sitting in a garden, reading. Signed “EDOUARD CABANE” EHG. French school. Canvas dimensions: 63 x 52 cm 19th century gilded stucco frame. Édouard Louis Lucien Cabane (1857-1942) He exhibited at the Salon of French Artists from 1881. Numerous paintings in the Museums of Bordeaux, Reims... Honorable mention at the Universal Exhibition of 1889 and second at the Grand Prix de Rome in 1884.
