Large mounted vase
Earthenware and gilt brass
Dimensions : H. 28 (cm.)
Choisy-le-Roi, circa 1920 - 1938
A rich royal blue "bleu de Sèvre" vase, the base with gadroons and friezes, decorated on the body with a very rich frieze of garlands, which is retained by a circle on the lip.
Beautiful and interesting production from Choisy-le-Roi at the end of its activity, at the time of the creation of the Hippolyte Boulenger, Creil, Montereau (HBCM) consortium and before production ceased in 1938.
Condition report: minor damage to the frieze.
