Important pair of carved and molded walnut armchairs. High flat basket-handle backs. Long armrests with acanthus and Bérain-style scrollwork, curved supports. Scrolled sleepers with shells and foliage crescents. Curved shoe feet with scrolls, large molded X spacer, fleurons and crescents. Wide and deep seats. Studded fabric trim, firm seats and backs. Around 1900. Delivery possible.
