Jules ROZIER Lively landscape on the banks of the Seine. Oil on panel, signed and dated 1860 lower left. Good condition. Note a small hole in the panel at the edge of the frame in the center at the top, see photo details. Dimensions: 23.5 x 47 cm without frame / 32.5 x 56 cm with frame. After research, it is the town of “Herblay-sur-Seine”.
