This pair of vases is of very high quality manufacturing with a high quality gilded bronze frame. they are baluster in shape, on a pedestal. the prized ones represent magnificent heads of fauns or satyrs in extremely well detailed gilded bronze.
the gilded bronze foot represents bouquets of gilded bronze reeds, also very finely chiseled and gilded.
the foliage border of the neck is of the same ilk with the interior in bronze.
the glass interiors engraved with floral motifs have reached us in good condition.
