Superb impressionist canvas titled “The river in spring”. It is an oil on canvas in perfect condition, not even needing cleaning and in perfect condition. The painting is worked with a beautiful light and generous material. The colors are stunning and bright. This work is signed lower left Eug. Kissling. Alsatian painter born in Châtenois in 1871 and died in 1844. French School. He is the son of Joséphine Kissling, landscape painter. Kissling appeared at the Salon des Indépendants from 1901 to 1914 where he presented paintings each year. From 1906, he offered several personal exhibitions.
