"Elegant Suite Of 6 Deep Plates 24 Cm In Hache Limoges Art Nouveau Porcelain Flowers And Gold ( 3)"
Splendid plates with scalloped edges decorated with flowers on stems, probably multicolored dahlia flowers and smaller scattered bouquets. As if suspended, a different flower or in a different position depending on the plate enlivens the pool. The wing covered with shells, acanthus leaves and foliage in relief, typical of the Art Nouveau period, is richly outlined with gold brushwork on the edge. An abundant floral decoration whose main bouquet measures nearly 14 cm develops following the curve of the marli and is organized according to a ternary rhythm already experimented by several large manufacturers a few years previously (see the famous Rousseau Service). They will make your table unique, refined and beautiful. These plates are old and have been used but remain in very good condition, little wear. They are from the end of the 19th century around 1892. Each plate bears the double mark of the famous manufacture on the reverse, the one in green A. HACHE & Cie-V-France and the second in red A. Hache et Cie Vierzon. Only one plate bears only the green mark. Diameter: 24 cm Weight: 2,750 kg Please note that I respond to any request about my objects.
