Beautiful panoramic work, with strong contrast, from painter Louis Bonamici who represents a group of fishermen in the Bay of Cannes.
A fan of knife painting, Louis Bonamici strives to convey the warm colors of Provence through scenes of ports and daily life. His works are created in a harmony of bright colors, his paint serif giving relief to his works, forcing visitors to step back to contemplate them.
He was appointed official painter of the Navy in 1921.
Dimensions: 26 x 103 cm without frame and 37 x 114 cm with an original wooden frame.
