Matching the plates previously on sale, a splendid set of hollow compote bowls on pedestals with raised and scrolled edges. Decorated with flowers on stems of multi-colored dahlias and smaller scattered bouquets. As if in suspension, a different flower or in a different position animates the pool. The wing covered with shells and foliage in relief, typical of the Art Nouveau period, is richly outlined with gold brushwork on the edge. An abundant floral decoration whose main bouquet measures nearly 14 cm develops following the curve of the marli and is organized according to a ternary rhythm already experimented by several large manufacturers a few years previously (see the famous Rousseau Service). In addition to the flowers, the wing is decorated with shells, acanthus leaves and foliage in pronounced relief. The decoration is also reproduced on the reverse and on the foot. They will make your table unique, refined and beautiful. These compote bowls are old and have had little or no use, in very good original condition. They date from the end of the 19th century around 1892. Each bears the double mark of the famous manufacture, the one in green A. HACHE & Cie-V-France and the second in red A. Hache et Cie Vierzon.
