Michel ZADOUNAÏSKY (1903-1983) Pair of two-light wrought iron candelabra decorated with a coiled snake. Signed MICHEL on the foot Height approximately 44 cm width approximately 28cm Michel Zadounaïsky, born March 10, 1903 in Ekaterinodar and died in La Hauteville in 1983, is an ironworker sculptor from Lyon. He is considered one of the rare ironworkers to have confronted wrought iron as a sculptor and not only as a craftsman.
