Victor Rousseau – Bronze And Ivory Sculpture “old Man In The Cape”

Chryselephantine representing a sculpture of an old man with a cape.
The body and the base are in bronze and the face is in ivory.
On the base, we find the signature of “Rousseau” and on one side, it is written “Bronze – Etling Paris” and under the sculpture, we find the number “5621”.
Edmond Etling is a Parisian decorative art object dealer.
Very good state.
We note that a cane is missing from the old man's right hand but this is only visible if we know it.
Belgian work from the end of the 19th, beginning of the 20th century created by the sculptor Victor Rousseau (1865-1954).
