"Directoire Clock"
Large gilded bronze pendulum of exceptional quality, probably a work of the famous Parisian bronzier Ravrio (André-Antoine Ravrio 1759 - 1814) , he was one of the greatest bronziers in France.This extraordinary clock; a model that I have never seen in my career is in untouched condition.
Superior quality in terms of chiseling and gilding, small note: on the white enameled dial there are a few small chips and someone tried to erase the signature. (partially).
Very nice mouvement with day indication.
The mechanism must be cleaned by a watchmaker.
