this pair of large alloy statues with green bronze patina from excavations representing the famous statues of the warriors of Riace, rests on portor marble bases.
These statues are inspired by the famous naked standing and bearded warriors, in contrapposto postures, the bronze sculptures date from the 5th century BC and are kept at the National Museum of Reggio Calabria, they were found by a fisherman in 1972.
Our warriors of Riace are superb in their realism and finesse, they are numbered copies and executed with great care.
